Intellecta Systems ("we", "us") builds AI automation for businesses. This policy explains what we collect through intellectasystems.com and how we use it.

What we collect

• Details you submit in our forms: name, phone number, email (if given), business name and your message.
• Basic technical data our host records, such as IP address and browser type, for security.

How we use it

• To reply to your request by text, call or email, and to prepare your automation plan. Reply STOP to any text to opt out.
• To provide services you sign up for.
• We do not sell your personal information.

Service providers

We use trusted providers to run this site and our services, including website hosting and form handling (Netlify), email (Google Workspace / Gmail), workflow automation (Make.com), scheduling (Cal.com), voice and messaging (Retell AI) and AI model providers. They process data only to deliver those services.

Phone calls and text messages

If you call our AI phone line, the call may be recorded and transcribed to answer your questions, book appointments and improve our service. If you give us your mobile number, we may text you about your request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. We use voice and messaging providers (such as Retell AI and its telephony partners) to handle calls and texts.

Client data

When we build automations for a client, we process their customers' messages only on that client's instructions and only to provide the service.

Retention

We keep inquiry details only as long as needed to respond and for reasonable business records. Ask us at any time to delete yours.
